Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or misprinted book or product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will initiate a replacement or refund.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 3 days, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Digital resources (downloads, PDFs, etc.) are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if requested within 12 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped, whichever comes first. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

Once the item is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
